Questions to resolve before accepting a quote

Is the document a quote or an estimate? Does the inventory and service scope match? Where does the charging clock start and stop? Are the crew size and vehicle size confirmed? Are access, parking, tolls and waiting costs confirmed? Is GST included in every stated amount? Are deposit and cancellation terms clear? Are damage cover, exclusions, excess and claims steps in writing?
