Affiliate and commercial disclosure
TenantTools may earn money from advertising or from some links to third-party products and services. This page explains how those relationships are presented.
What an affiliate link means
If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or enquiry, TenantTools may receive a commission from the provider. This should not increase the price you pay, although prices, eligibility, availability and terms are controlled by the provider.
A clear disclosure will appear near affiliate recommendations. Affiliate links are marked in the page code as sponsored links.
How recommendations are selected
A commercial relationship does not make a product or service suitable for every renter. Recommendations should be included only when they address the specific task covered by the page and after relevant features, limitations, current terms and consumer value have been considered.
TenantTools does not promise the cheapest price, guaranteed availability, a bond refund, a successful tenancy outcome or a particular service result.
Editorial independence
Affiliate availability does not determine the legal sources used in Rules and Rights content. Legal and procedural claims are checked against primary Queensland sources wherever possible. A retailer, service provider or advertising platform does not review or approve TenantTools tenancy guidance unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
Paid placement, supplied products or sponsored content must be identified clearly if used. No commercial label should be interpreted as Queensland Government, RTA, QCAT or Tenants Queensland endorsement.
Prices, terms and third-party sites
Prices, product claims, coverage, eligibility, returns, warranties and service terms can change. Check the provider's current information before purchasing or submitting an enquiry. Third-party sites have their own privacy practices and terms.
